How does it work?
Initially we need to identify where you would most like our help. In most cases we will come in* and discuss this in person – although this is not always necessary if, for example, we are working on menus or your website. The initial consultation is free, and if we don’t think we can add anything we’ll tell you up front with absolutely no cost to you.
Once we agree where you need help we will agree how much input you need. For operational reviews we need to visit you when you are open and at a time when we can see how things operate on a typical day. So for a restaurant we need to see a typical service and for a hotel ideally we will need to stay overnight.
How much does this cost
The initial consultation is free – when we tell you what areas we feel we can help with. There after we charge by the half-day. This will depend on the type of input, but to give you an indication of cost a half-day operational review with an action plan would typically cost £497, or for a full day £897. If you think of the potential savings or additional sales this might generate, I’m sure you’ll agree that would be a worthwhile investment at twice the price.
