Companies in the South East and South West with between 2 and 250 employees can apply for funding to develop their organisations people management skills
Available to eligible companies in the South East and South West Regions:
- with 2 to 250 full time equivalent employees
- display the potential for high or fast growth, defined as;
- if trading for more than 12 months have the potential to increase turnover by 20% each year for three years
- if trading for less than 12 months have the potential to achieve a turnover of £500,000 within three years of trading
Up to £1000 Leadership and Management matched funding can be put towards one or a combination of training solutions. For example, 50% of the cost of your training up to a maximum of £1000 which can be used for:
- Workshops
- Online training
- Training programmes
- Tailored training options
- Peer learning
- Higher Education qualifications

As part of the application process, a qualified and experienced Leadership & Management Adviser will provide you with a complimentary, tailored Personal Development Plan – to ensure you have the best solution for your needs.

All training must have started and the grant claimed within 90 days of the grant being approved. All grants are exclusive of VAT.
Previous beneficiaries of Business Leader funding are not eligible to apply.
