Hi, my name is Caroline Cooper and I work specifically with independently owned hospitality, leisure and tourism businesses helping them get more of the customer they want and just as importantly, keeping them.

Although I have over 27 years’ experience of working in hospitality, ranging from hotels to leisure and casual dining, and including 13 years as head of training and development for one of the UK’s largest catering companies, my expertise is not in spouting lots of irrelevant knowledge and blinding you with science. A word of warning…………………….

….there’s no magic wand

As much as I would love to help you create the hospitality business that you aspire to own, I can’t make it happen by magic.

I know you know this deep down, but I wouldn’t be able to help you in any way unless I am clear that you understand this. There is no easy way to make more money without taking at least some action. A steady stream of happy and profitable customers isn’t simply down to wishing it will happen, nor is just down to luck. The trick is ensuring the actions you do take are the ones that will give you the biggest impact.
